Barley Sattu Drink

INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP BARLEY
1 CUP BUTTERMILK, CHAAS
SALT TO TASTE
1/2 TSP ROASTED JEERA POWDER
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
JUICE OF 1/2 LIME
STEPS:
- Assemble all ingredients.
- Heat a pan and roast the barley in a low flame till it turns golden brown and aromatic.
- Turn off the stove and let the barley cool.
- Dry grind to a fine powder.
- In a mason jar add 1 tblspn barley sattu powder, buttermilk, salt, jet, pepper, lime juice
- Close the jar and shake well
- Pour in a glass and enjoy your nutritious Barley Sattu drink.
