This Green Dosa is a complete meal in your plate...packed with super ingredients and is so good for you.  This is my go to recipe when I crave dosa and don't have the traditional dosa batter ready and have no time to ferment the batter.

Sprouting tends to enhance the nutritional value of the grains, legumes or beans. These contain certain anti-nutrients including phytic acid which locks up important minerals. It also inhibits our digestive enzymes that can cause indigestion and intestinal gas.  As per Ayurveda Mung Sprouts are tridoshic, it balances the tridoshas.

Quinoa one of the most nutrient-dense super-grains is extremely rich in proteins, vitamin E, magnesium, calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus and monounsaturated fat. Packed with fibre - twice as much as any other grain. It is low in carbs and calories yet high on energy - all of which support healthy weight loss.

Spinach, Coriander are loaded with iron and vitamins and excellent detox for our system. Ginger, Turmeric are anti inflammatory contain phytonutrients protect our body by neutralizing free radicals.
