Raw Papaya Detox Salad

It's now time to introduce our humble detox super fruit...superfood PAPAYA ! Rich in antioxidants, high fiber, enzymes for healthy digestion, natural laxative and makes your skin glow !
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Raw papaya
1 cup carrots
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
walnuts for garnish
DRESSING
3 tblspns Peanuts soaked in water for 4 hours
2 tsp jaggery
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup water
STEPS:
- Cut the raw papaya, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes cut in juliennes
- Assemble all the raw veggies in a bowl and mix.
- Grind all the ingredients for the dressing to a smooth paste
- Mix the dressing with the veggies , garnish with walnuts and serve
- Enjoy !!!
